* Bonuses are paid out upon the recruits completion of probationary status. For instance: If the probationary war-fighter completes his probationary requirements without bringing on any additional recruits, he will receive a 15 million ISK bonus once he is awarded the DAR Operators Award. If the probationary war-fighter becomes an DAR Operator and recruits his own squad, he will receive 40 million ISK upon being awarded the coveted DAR Operators Award.
